FRESHLY PREPARED HOME COOKED MEALS
All of our care homes provide freshly prepared home cooked meals, provided by our trained chefs. Providing freshly prepared home-cooked meals in a care home setting offers numerous benefits for residents, significantly enhancing their overall health and well-being. Home-cooked meals can be tailored to ensure a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This is crucial for maintaining the health of our residents, who often have specific individual dietary needs. In addition, home-cooked meals can provide a sense of comfort and familiarity, which is particularly important for our residents.
Our Care Home Managers work hard with the Chefs to ensure that our mealtimes are a social event, providing opportunities for residents to interact and bond over shared meals. This further enhances our community feel within our homes. Although, we don’t just eat at mealtimes! Our chefs bake cakes for afternoon tea, birthdays and other occasions. We also provide more healthy alternatives in addition to our cakes!

CARE HOME INTERIORS
High-quality furnishings play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience in a PH Care Group care home. Their importance extends beyond aesthetics, contributing significantly to the physical comfort, safety, psychological well-being, and overall quality of life for residents. We can also assist with furniture that can be adjusted to meet individual needs, such as reclining chairs or adjustable beds. These modifications can significantly enhance comfort and accommodate specific health requirements, promoting better rest and relaxation.
Within the residents’ bedrooms, we provide high-quality furnishings that allow for personalisation, such as choosing the style or colour of certain items. We also encourage residents to bring items in from home. This can help residents feel more in control and settled in their bedroom, promoting a sense of ownership and satisfaction.
In our communal areas, well-furnished areas encourage social interaction among residents. Comfortable seating, attractive dining areas, and inviting lounges provide spaces where residents can gather, socialise, and participate in activities.
